As a part of the yearly maintenance agreement, your organization has access to version upgrades, technical assistance via email or phone, downloads and documentation of the software and participation of our annual User Group. Each area is detailed below.

Canam Solutions provides a customer Help Desk which is available to licensed users of our products. You can reach our Help Desk by telephone by calling (905) 712-3232. The Help Desk is staffed by first-level technical support professionals and is available from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm, (ET in North America) each business day.

Our Dealer Driven Software User Group provides an opportunity for dealers that use Canam software business solutions to get together with Canam people face to face. The User Group provides a vehicle for our licensed users to give us input on product direction, define and prioritize enhancements and share information and best practices with us and each other. Each of the Canam software product modules will grow and evolve over time, gaining new functional capabilities, usability improvements, new features, and support for the rapidly evolving technology environment around us. We will determine the content of these releases with input from Canam's own business and software development resources, the licensed dealer community of users, and the Canam Solutions development and support teams. Our premium offering entitles your organization to have all enhancements and improvements done to the software modules you license as it continues to grow and evolve. You are entitled to use these software improvements as part of your paid up annual maintenance fees – the only additional cost to you is for our time to implement them on your site. We will be pleased to share with you what’s available in the latest release, and give you a fixed price quote for implementation costs.

Dealers may sponsor the development of enhancements by arranging to have the enhancements completed for them specifically on a time and materials basis – or in some cases we can do a fixed price quote. Such enhancements may ultimately be included in the base software modules offered should they have wider applicability to other dealers.
