eCommerce Customer Portal Highlights
- Customers connect to address developed specifically for them i.e. https://access.toromontcat.com/customername
- Access to invoice details, accounts receivable, equipment listing, SOS sample results, satellite tracking, links to Toromont public sites for used equipment, CAT merchandise, Reman, etc and connector to the Toromont Dealer Storefront and CAT Finance
- Access levels to the site for customer’s employees is controlled by a customer selected administrator to limit access to only the applications that are specific to them, i.e. invoice approver would have access only to the invoicing data but wouldn’t see the equipment list or the SOS details
- If the customer wishes, they can use the site to approve their parts, service, equipment and rental invoices and match their invoices to the scanned packing slips, eliminating the need to handle the paper in their office. Some of our customers never see a paper invoice, we work with them to download their invoices electronically into their business systems to avoid manual data entry
- If a customer has a number of accounts, they can all be accessed at this one source
