Forecasting/Pipeline
This is a Dealer Forecasting module organized by Caterpillar base model. Forecasting that starts with the Sales Rep and Sales Manager levels, and rolls up to a corporate view. It is integrated with DBS inventory, allowing for a one stop view of all inventory by base model, along with historical sales data, current inventory levels, rental units out to customers, and forecasts that are managed on a rolling monthly basis. Used to manage dealer inventory information and forecasting activities before entering into the Caterpillar DDMS system. |

This online reservation system allows for flexibility in multiple reservations against dealer inventory. It utilizes current inventory information from DBS and captures all reservations and reservation history in a web-based module. |
