salesCommission Admin Framework
Optional module that provides the framework for administrating sales commissions to all sales types within the dealership. Provides one place where all commission programs are stored, payments are calculated, commissions set up for payment, and reporting tools provided.
 
salesCustomer Issue Management
Customer Issue Management (CIM) is an optional module for SalesLink Version 3. CIM provides a critical path to document and resolve issues that are directly related to customer satisfaction. Customer Issues are entered through SalesLink, and follow a resolution path based on the type of issue entered. The resolution path is administered by the dealer with the appropriate contact notification, escalation controls and series of reports to ensure that issues are resolved. Reporting functionality in SalesLink Executive provides visibility to issues by issue type, aging and responsibility to ensure that issues are dealt with in an effective and timely manner.

This optional module is used by USA dealers to integrate competitive data into Sales Link at the customer level.
salesiQuote
iQuote is the Cat Dealer Machine quoting tool that is linked to DBS pricing data. It allows quotes to be driven from Inventory, from Standard Configurations, Cat MA's, or previously created templates.
salesCustomer Search
Customer Search provides the dealership with the ability to extend CRM capabilities to the rest of the dealership outside of the core sales force. This module provides a subset of customer data; removing some of the confidential information, and allows for CRM at an Enterprise level.
salesCustomer Hierarchy
A companion system to Sales Link which allows a higher level aggregation of key customer information by grouping Customer accounts together into multiple level Companies to better reflect customer organizations. Information roll up on revenue history, equipment fleets, call reports and sales coverage, and facility for document storage of customer specific pricing info, alliance agreements, customer machine configurations, etc.

A Sales Process system that tracks each machine and attachment sales transaction through the process from customer order to delivery and invoicing.
saleseBusiness Customer Portal
This application provides customers a direct connection to their data on their dealer's system. Customers can see Invoice/Packing Slip information, SOS Results, Equipment (including rental), Satellite Tracking (Product Link), bulletin boards, their dealer contacts, etc. The Invoice Approval module allows customers to review invoices and packing slips online, and download the invoice data for direct upload/automated input into their business systems for payment. Invoice dispute information can be input by the customer for review and reconciliation by the Dealer.
salesCustomer Survey Management
The Customer Survey System provides the capability to define customer surveys with a range of question types, select candidate customers to survey and build call list, assign them to internal or external call centers, capture the results of the surveys (typically done by phone recording the results in this system), and then query and analyse the results.
salesEEM - Employee Engagement Module
Employee Engagement Module - Provides a tool for employees to provide suggestions/information/issues to management. This information can be categorized and sent to management for action. Has a tracking and alert system as well as item status and reportng.
