Training is a critical task in the implementation and rollout of the software. We can “train the trainer”, developing key resources in your organization who will then deliver training locally to your staff. Alternatively, we can provide onsite training services using our resources, but we strongly recommend the train the trainer approach if at all possible, since this strengthens your local capability and helps establish ownership in your organization. We recommend jointly reviewing your needs and preferences to develop the approach that will work best.
Training services are priced using current per diem consulting rates.
