In order to make the implementation as smooth as possible, the CSI team supplies dealers with comprehensive data mapping documentation, which explains field by field references between their business systems (i.e. DBS(i), CODA, SAP) and the software application databases. We then work with your business analysts on making necessary adjustments either in our application data mapping or we may suggest DBS data cleansing based on Dealers Best Practices.
Since all our software applications are highly data driven, we have a sophisticated Data Loading Tool which is specifically tailored for extracting and transforming DBS(i) data and for loading it to Microsoft SQL Server. The process is highly optimized for downloading large amounts of data through slow links and for minimizing the stress on the AS400 during the extract.
Besides DBS insight, we have extensive expertise in integrating with other business systems: SAP, RentalMan, Systematics, MS Dynamics and can build other system interfaces as dealers require them. |
